The 12 Days of Christmas Trail

The 12 days of Christmas Trail returns to Stird Wood between 26th December 2012 and 5th January 2013 (10am to 4pm).This year it is sure to be even better than last year. See the Christmas Carol come to life before your eyes.

Follow the Green Trail and search for the 12 scenes. Look for Lords a leaping, geese a laying and even try out the drums for size.

8 maids are milking!

The 2 mile walk (Cavendish Pavilion to the Strid and back) is accessible for both wheelchairs and pushchairs, dogs are welcome on a lead.

Finish your walk by visiting the 12th century Priory church and ruins - especially flood lit with beautiful colours during the festive season. From 3pm.
